This letter serves as an amendment to ITB N_89_2020_HQ in response to questions raised by bidders. Additional information was added under Annex A (Terms of Reference), paragraph 6, section c. in relation to “Minimum Requirement for Meetings, Conferences, Trainings and other Events” and under Annex C (Price Schedule) Lot 2 accordingly.

Bidders requesting clarification on provisions stipulated in this ITB shall communicate those in writing to tenders@idlo.int no later than 72 hours prior to the deadline for submission of bids. The requests for clarification should have “Request for clarifications for ITB No. N_89_2020_HQ” mentioned in the subject.
