Contract Type FiledDecember 3rd, 2021This Framework Agreement for Managed Services (along with the Service Specific Terms and Conditions and applicable Schedules, exhibits and attachments, the “Agreement”) is entered into by and between Iron Mountain Information Management Services, Inc., with a principal place of business at One Federal Street, Boston, MA 02110 (“Iron Mountain”) and the legal entity receiving the Services specified on the Schedule (together with its divisions and Affiliates, “Customer”). By receiving Services under this Agreement, Customer agrees to be bound by the terms set forth in this Agreement. This Agreement shall be effective as of Customer’s provision of acceptance of these terms or, if earlier, upon Customer’s first receipt of the Services (“Effective Date”). Customer and Iron Mountain are each referred to as a “Party” and collectively, the “Parties.”

Customer and Iron Mountain are each referred to as a “Party” and collectively, the “Parties.”
