This Framework Agreement for Purchase and Delivery of Goods, comprising of (i) these general terms and conditions, (ii) Appendix A setting out the price rates for each of the Goods (the “Price Appendix”) and (iii) Appendix B containing a pro-forma purchase order (collectively the “Agreement”) is entered into between (i) the Seller named above and (ii) the Buyer named above (or any of its affiliates named in the Purchase Order as defined in clause 2.6) in respect of the goods described in the Purchase Order (the “Goods”).
