GUIDANCE NOTE: After the decision to award this Framework Agreement has been made and before it is signed, the Parties should ensure that they have read the text and guidance notes highlighted in GREEN, taken any actions necessary as indicated in the guidance notes and/or square brackets and then delete the guidance notes and the square brackets (and the text included in the square brackets if not used) from this document.
