A On [insert date] the Council issued an Invitation to Tender (the “ITT”) to potential service providers (including the Service Provider) in respect of the provision of the services specified in Schedule 1 in two lots: temporary social workers and social work support staff (“Lot 1”) and temporary occupational therapy staff (“Lot 2”).
