The Ministry of Education and Innovation of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, Argentinian Republic, represented in this act by the Minister of Education and Innovation, B.A. María Soledad Acuña, and the Education Division of the City of Helsinki, Republic of Finland, represented in this act by the Deputy Mayor for Education of the City, Ms. Pia Pakarinen, both referred to henceforth as “THE PARTIES”, agree to work together to improve educational quality, under the following considerations and clauses:
