Framework contract for the implementation of external aid 2018 (FWC SIEA 2018).This document is provided as a reference to the clarifications of EuropeAid/138778/DH/SER/Multi, due to the technical problems of generating a PDF file at the e-tendering website. Please note that in the case of discrepancies between these clarifications and those on the e-tendering webiste, those of the latter have precedence. # Subject Question Answer Detailed description of lots On the cover page (1 of 19) of this document an indicative annual budget is indicated for each lot. However on the contract notice, these same amounts are defined as “estimates value” for the whole duration of the framework contracts. Is it correct to understand that the indicative budgets per lot mentioned on the document “Detailed description of lots” are not per year but for the whole duration of the framework contract (initial period of 2 years with possibility of extension of maximum additional 2 years)?
