The first party, Dr Ferran Sancho-Pifarré, Rector of the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona (hereafter, UAB), with Fiscal Identity Number Q0818002H, domiciled at the university campus, 08193 Bellaterra (Cerdanyola del Vallès), in application of the powers attributed to him under article 75, letter m) of the UAB Statutes, these being exercised by virtue of her nomination as rector of this university by Catalan Government Decree 64/2012, of June 12, and in his name, in accordance with the resolution of July 24, 2012, which authorises the signing of educational-cooperation agreements with companies and other institutions for external practicums, for the calculation of academic credits, Mr/Ms (......), Dean of the Faculty of (.......), or Director of the (.......) School at the UAB.
