This Framework Training Service Agreement (“Agreement”) sets forth the basis upon which the Joint Aviation Authorities Training Organisation (hereinafter referred to as “JAA TO”) has negotiated with Civil Aviation Authority of Czech Republic (hereinafter referred to as “the Customer”) - jointly or individually also referred to as “party “or “parties” - regarding the provision of training courses (hereinafter referred to as “Training”) at a preferential rate (also referred to as “discount”) as well as the provision of Training to the Custome^s designated attendee(s) on specific dates and in respect of attendee(s) agreed upon by both parties. This Agreement will override any oral or written agreement in previous communication.
