This master speaking services agreement (this “Agreement”), by and between UCB, Inc. (“UCB”) and Francisco A. Kerdel MD (“Speaker”), on behalf of (“Speaking Physician”), an employee of Speaker, sets forth the terms and conditions upon which Speaker, through Speaking Physician, agrees to provide speaking services for UCB in connection with UCB Speaker Bureau Program(s) (the “Program”). This Agreement shall be effective when fully executed by both parties (the “Effective Date”). Note: For purposes of clarification, the terms “Speaker” and “Speaking Physician” may be used interchangeably throughout this Agreement, and as an employee of Speaker, Speaking Physician is bound to all terms and conditions of this Agreement.
