THIS FREE BROADCAST TELEVISION LICENSE AGREEMENT, dated as of [ ], 2013, is entered into by Sony Pictures Television International, a division of CPT Holdings, Inc., a Delaware corporation ("Licensor"), and Globo Comunicaçao e Participaçoes S.A., a corporation organized and existing under the laws of Brazil ("Licensee").
