If you are interested in terminating this agreement due to an upcoming scheduled event in which you will be unable to utilize Calvary’s FLC for a month or longer (short term disability, surgery, maternity leave, vacation etc.), your membership can be “frozen” until your return (as opposed to terminating your membership).
