This Agreement is entered into as of this day of , by and between the City of Kent (”City”), a municipal corporation of the State of Washington and the Port of Seattle (“Port”) a municipal corporation of the State of Washington to implement the Memorandum of Understanding among the principal parties of the Freight Action Strategy Transportation (“FAST”) corridor, by sharing funds to construct grade separations on S. 228th Street in Kent, Washington.
