Initial Term of Service Level Agreement shall be offered to the IC for a period not to exceed one (1) full year from initial date of service agreement unless IC agreement is renewed for an additional period of time yet to be determined. The IC agreement may be amended in writing from time to time, or supplemented by the Company as agreed to by the IC.
