This Fremont Solar and Storage Study Project Agreement is made and entered into as of December 13, 2023, between Utah Associated Municipal Power Systems, a political subdivision of the State of Utah (“UAMPS”), and South Utah Valley Electric Service District, a member of UAMPS.
