THIS AGREEMENT, by and between Pasco County, a Political Subdivision of the State of Florida, acting by and through its Board of County Commissioners, the governing body hereof, hereinafter referred to as the COUNTY, and the Withlacoochee Native American Indian Culture, a State-recognized, nonprofit organization, acting as Friends of the Park, hereinafter referred to as the FRIENDS.
