AGREEMENT made as of the 16th day of October 2009 by and between CPG FrontPoint MultiStrat Fund, a Delaware statutory trust that acts as a closed-end investment company, with its principal office and place of business at 12 East 49th Street, New York, New York 10017 (the “Client”), and Foreside Fund Services, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company with its principal office and place of business at Three Canal Plaza, Portland, Maine 04101 (“Foreside”).
