This agreement is between the County of El Paso, a political subdivision of the State of Texas, hereinafter called "County", on behalf of the County Tax Assessor-Collector, and Sergio Sanchez and Patty Sanchez dba Express Car Titling (I), hereinafter called "Full Service Deputy", replaces and supplants contract number 2012-0633 approved on January 7, 2013.
