THIS AMENDMENT dated as of the 10th day of July, 2008, to the Fund Administration Servicing Agreement, dated as of October 1, 2002, as amended (the “Fund Administration Agreement”), is entered into by and between BRAZOS MUTUAL FUNDS, a Delaware business trust (the “Trust”) and U.S. BANCORP FUND SERVICES, LLC, a Wisconsin limited liability company (”USBFS”).
