This Fund/SERV and Networking Supplement (the “Supplement”) to the Participation Agreement effective as of May 1, 2016 (the “Agreement”) by and among MFS Variable Insurance Trust, MFS Variable Insurance Trust II, MFS Variable Insurance Trust III (each, a “Trust” and collectively, the “Trusts”) MEMBERS Life Insurance Company (the “Company”) and MFS Fund Distributors, Inc.
