The following is a draft FSAA between CSP and the awardee. This draft will be the subject of final negotiations between NASA and a participant and establishes the basic parameters of the agreement between the parties. Questions or comments on the draft FSAA may be submitted to the CSP Agreements Officer and are subject to the guidelines in Section 4.1 of the announcement. As discussed in Section 5.4.5 of the announcement, the participants are asked to submit the entire FSAA with proposed modifications and rationales for such modifications with their proposal.
