CME has decided to finance PEM to assist in the direct or indirect purchase of 19% of the shares held in the Romanian companies Pro TV SA and Media Pro International SA by Rootland Trading Ltd and the direct purchase of 28% of the shares held in the Romanian company Media Pro SRL by Mr. Ion Tiriac. Thus CME agrees to lend PEM US$ 14,000,000.
