This Agreement by and between City of Missoula (City), and the Montana Department of Transportation (MDT, Department, or State), (collectively Parties) establishes the responsibilities and duties of the Parties with respect to project activities, including the repair of over 7,000 linear feet of cracks 1.75” wide and wider on the Milwaukee Trail and Bitterroot Trail, both located within the City of Missoula, Montana.
