This Gables at Hiddenbrook Limited Partnership Agreement (the “Agreement”) made and entered into by and between Kimball Hill Homes Washington, Inc., a Washington corporation (the “General Partner”) and Kimball Hill Development Company, an Illinois corporation and (the “Limited Partner”) dated effective as of September 24, 2003.
