These GAF Premier Roofing Dealer Portal Terms and Conditions (these “Terms”) are a legal agreement governing your access to and use of the GAF Premier Roofing Dealer portal (the “Portal”) and the products, services, websites, applications, and materials, rewards and loyalty programs, and accounts (collectively, the “GAF Covered Services”) offered by GAF Materials LLC, GAF Canada ULC, and its and their direct and indirect subsidiaries (collectively, “GAF,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) that are accessible in or through the Portal (unless any of the foregoing has its own terms that expressly state that it is not subject to these Terms) or that we otherwise specify are offered pursuant to these Terms.
