This Collaboration Agreement (this "Agreement") is made and entered into as of October 31, 2022 (the "Effective Date") by and between Galatea Bio, Inc. with registered address at 975 W 22nd Street, Hialeah, Florida 33010, United States ("GALATEA"), and the National Institute of Medical Sciences Salvador Zubirán, with registered address at Av. Vasco de Quiroga, Sección XVI, Tlalpan, Mexico City, Mexico ("The INSTITUTE") (each herein Referred to individually as a "Party" or collectively as the "Parties").
