All work will be delivered ready to hang, with wire, or other agreed upon. Terms: Consignment, OCA Gallery takes 40%, 60% to the artist. I understand that OCA will not be able to provide full retail value of art work if damaged, or stolen. All work not picked up on pickup date will be returned upon receipt of $1 per day storage fee. If work is not picked up within 30 days, it becomes the property of OCA.
