This Agreement is between the NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF WOMEN ARTISTS, Inc. (hereinafter referred to as NAWA) and the above-mentioned artist, based upon the terms and conditions set forth herein. This Agreement represents the entire understanding between NAWA and the exhibitor, and may not be changed in any manner, unless signed by both the exhibitor and an officer of NAWA.
