GAME AGREEMENTGame Agreement • April 10th, 2014
This is an agreement (hereinafter “Agreement”) between Trinity High School, Louisville, Kentucky (hereinafter “THS”), Brevard Public School, Melbourne, Florida (hereinafter “BPS”), and Hercules Sports Management LLC (hereinafter “Hercules”). By accepting this agreement THS agrees to play Cocoa High School, Brevard Public Schools, Melbourne, Florida (hereinafter “Cocoa”), in a high school football game presented by Hercules Sports Management LLC at the 2014 Brothers In Arms High School Football Classic that will be held at Trinity High School Football Stadium on Friday, September 19, 2014 at 7:30 p.m. BPS has given Cocoa permission to participate in the game/event. The compensation details are listed below. This Agreement sets forth the consent of THS, BPS, and Hercules Sports Management LLC (collectively hereinafter “the Parties”) to each of the numbered paragraphs below.
