Buffalo Dr., Las Vegas Nevada 89113 (hereinafter “Licensor”), and Scientific Games Corporation, a Delaware corporation, with principal offices at 750 Lexington Avenue, 25th Floor, New York, NY 10022 (hereinafter “Licensee”).
