The agreement governs the provision of services to the user. The user enters the agreement pursuant to the provisions of Article 4. (Creation of an Account) of the agreement and receipt of the order if applicable. The user will be prompted to accept the agreement when the user accesses the game for the first time and each time the user purchases a service.
