This agreement (the “Agreement,”), made effective July 21, 2008,_ , 2015 (the “Effective Date”), is by and between the CITY OF SPARKS, a political subdivision of the State of Nevada, (hereinafter referred to as “City”) and RENO DISPOSAL COMPANY,CO. a Nevada corporation, d/b/a SPARKS SANITATION (hereinafter referred to as “Franchisee”) and WASTE MANAGEMENT OF NEVADA, INC., a Nevada Corporation d/b/a RSW RECYCLING.
