The Original Agreement was amended and modified by a letter agreement (the “Letter”) dated July 5, 2017 and further amended by a Amendment No. 1 To San Antonio Botanical Garden Agreement (the “First Amendment”). The Original Agreement, the Letter and the First Amendment are collectively referred to as the “Agreement”.
