GARDEN AGREEMENT: Those who choose to be community gardeners commit to maintaining their garden plots for the entire growing season. Excessive weeds (weeds more than 12” tall or causes hazard due to fire or is a harborage for insects, snakes and other vermin) or abandoned plots mid-growing season will result in disqualification from future use of the community garden.
