THIS AMENDMENT, made and entered into this 1st day of September 1995, by and between IROQUOIS GAS TRANSMISSION SYSTEM, L.P., a Delaware limited partnership ("Transporter"), and COLONIAL GAS COMPANY, a Massachusetts Corporation ("Shipper").
