(hereafter “Seller”) and Community Unit School District 200 (hereafter “Buyer”) consists of the following general terms and conditions including any Transaction Confirmations and shall remain in full force and effect until the Thirtieth day of June, 2025, or until the end of any delivery period established by any Transaction Confirmation executed by the parties within the above period (hereafter “Termination Date”).
