Under the terms of the option agreement Otish Energy Inc. (“Otish”) with Tajiri Ventures Corp. (“Tajiri”), of Vancouver, BC, the Company has agreed to acquire 80% undivided interest in 279 mineral claims comprising approximately 148.9 square kilometers located in the Otish Basin mining district in the Province of Quebec, Canada.
