THIS GATEWAY TERMS OF USAGE AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) shall govern the legal relationship among the referenced parties and are made and entered into by and among the entities referenced below (collectively the “Providers”), who maintain the website gateway (the “Gateway”) as a service to merchant service providers and their merchant customers and all users of the Gateway, (hereinafter referred to as the “Company” and/or “You”).
