This Supplemental Contract and Amendment (“Contract”), which is entered into in September , 2020 (“Contract Date”) and Effective as of July 1, 2020 (“Effective Date”) by and between the City of San Diego, a California municipality (“Customer”) and Ubicquia, LLC (“Ubicquia”), as successor in interest to Current Lighting Solutions, LLC (“Current”) and Current, Powered by GE (“GE”), amends and supplements that certain, GE Intelligent Lighting Master Purchase Agreement.” dated February 10, 2017 (“Agreement”). Customer and Ubicquia will be referred to as the “Parties” or individually as a “Party.”
