Victoria University of Ballarat Road, Footscray, Victoria, Australia (“VU”) is the sole supplier of the computer software system known as GEMPACK. Below, GEMPACK (“GEMPACK”) includes the RunDynam program and other GEMPACK computer programs. VU agrees to licence the use of GEMPACK to the Licensee on the terms and conditions of this agreement.
