These general terms and conditions apply to SkiStar St. Johann (SkiStar) and parties who, directly or through a third party, enter into an agreementwith SkiStar according to what is stated in the booking confirmation (the guest).

These terms and conditions apply between Stiftelsen Idre Fjäll and persons who, themselves or through another person, draw up an agreement according to that stated in the confirmation. In the terms and conditions, the Purchaser is specified as the Customer and other travellers as Guests. The booking/agreement may apply to accommodation in cabins/apartments/Pernilla Wiberg Hotel/ camping and other products/services, or a combination of these, referred to as a “package holiday.”
