These General Conditions of Contract shall apply to all Commercial Waste Collection Services provided by The Council. The Conditions shall apply in their entirety andshallnot be variedunless specificallyagreed in writing. These Conditions apply to all agreements for the supply of services by The Council and supersedeanyprevious termsandconditions. No additions or modifications to or terms inconsistent with these Conditions shall be binding upon The Council unlessspecificallyagreed in writing by The Council.
