Authorize the City Manager to execute a contract with Blue Coast Engineering for engineering design services and assistance with bidding and construction oversight in an amount not to exceed $96,775. The Marine Park Shoreline Reconstruction Project is fully funded as part of the 2022 Park Capital Improvement Plan.
