This Amendment No. 1 to the General Contractor/Construction Manager Agreement (the “MACC Amendment”), dated as of August 12, 2020, is entered into by and between Northshore School District No. 417 (“Owner”) and Cornerstone General Contractors, Inc. (“Construction Manager”). The MACC Amendment amends the General Contractor/Construction Manager Agreement, dated August 26, 2019, entered into by and between Owner and Construction Manager (the “Agreement”) with respect to the Inglemoor High School Concert Hall & Site Improvements project (the “Project”). Capitalized terms used herein and not otherwise defined shall have the respective meanings set forth in the Agreement.
