This agreement (the “Agreement”), by and between The Linux Foundation (“Event Operator”) and the sponsor identified in a Sponsorship Form referencing this Agreement (“Sponsor” and, together with Event Operator, the “Parties”), is dated as of the effective date of the first Sponsorship Form (“Effective Date”). Sponsor desires to provide Event Operator with funds to support one or more open source community events operated or organized by or on behalf of the Event Operator, and the Parties desire to set forth the terms and conditions that shall apply to such sponsorships.
