Invoices will be issued by HEI on the first day of each month (in advance) and payment will be due within 30 days. The Client will agree to pay a minimum of 50% of each current invoice within those 30 days during Phase 1, accruing the balance owed for Phase 1 until a cumulative sum of one million dollars in capital is received by the Client, at which point the balance will be paid in full.
