REFUND POLICY – 100% cash or credit refund of 9 and18 hole resident and associate membership fees strictly for medical reasons when requested at any time between January 1st to April 30th upon written approval of the Golf Course Committee officers. Requests must be made in writing on or before April 30th with documentation by a physician indicating that the golfer has a medical problem that was diagnosed prior to April 30th in a given calendar year that will prevent the golfer from playing for the remainder of the year. NO refunds will be considered or issued for medical reasons that occur on or after May 1st in a calendar year.
