NOTICE: For this contract, these General Notes and Specification Data supplement the Special Provisions, Special Specifications, and Standard Specifications. In case of conflicts among provisions, (a) the Special Provisions will govern and take precedence over the General Notes and Specification Data, the Special Specifications, and the Standard Specifications except as expressly provided otherwise in Article 5.4, “Coordination of Plans, Specifications, and Special Provisions” of the Standard Specifications, and in the Special Provision to Item 5, “Control of the Work”; (b) the General Notes and Specification Data will govern and take precedence over the Special Specifications and Standard Specifications; and (c) the Special Specifications will govern and take precedence over the Standard Specifications.
