This General Online and Mobile Banking Agreement (“Agreement”) is incorporated by reference into and becomes a part of the Business Master Account Agreement and Disclosure governing your account(s). The terms and conditions in this Agreement govern and control to the extent that there is any conflict with the Master Account Agreement and Disclosures. Alabama Teachers Credit Union (hereinafter “Credit Union”, “We”, “Us”, and “Our”) has the right to change this agreement at any time by notice mailed to you at the address shown on the Credit Union's share account records, by posting notice in branches, or as otherwise permitted by law. The General Online and Mobile Banking Agreement controls any and all services offered via the Online and Mobile Banking platform. “You”, “Yours”, and “I” means the business, business owner, authorized signer on the account, authorized representative, and any other party to which the login or access code is provided.
