These General Sales Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms and Conditions”) form an integral part of contracts entered into by PBS AEROSPACE Inc., a Georgia corporation with its seat at 3400 Peachtree Rd. Suite 939, Atlanta, GA 30326 USA, as a supplier (hereinafter referred to as “PBS”), as the first party, and individual clients and buyers (hereinafter referred to as the “Buyer”), and shall apply to any and all supplies of products and other goods, works or services (hereinafter referred to as the “Subject of Performance” or “Supplies”) that are or shall be carried out by PBS, except for a separate written supply agreement entered into between PBS and the Buyer, specifically excluding these Terms and Conditions.

The following agreement applies to all auctions held by L&H Auction Co., Ltd. ( herein refer to as “L&H Auction”). The consignors, buyers and L&H Auction are legally bounded by the terms and clauses outlined in this agreement.

(hereinafter the "Seller") and any buyer (hereinafter referred to as the "Client"), and unless otherwise specifically agreed in writing, shall override any other potentially different clause included on templates or on other documents used by the Seller and/or by the Client (hereinafter jointly the "Parties").
