Agreement Agreement between the Supplier and the Customer for purchase and delivery of Service or Support Services that is governed by these Terms. Affiliate Any legal entity directly or indirectly owned or controlled by a Party for so long as such ownership or control lasts. Concurrent License Concurrent license allowing one license to be used by different Users taking turns, each with their own user account. Each Concurrent License allows up to five (5) user accounts to be connected, and one of them can use the license at a time. The Concurrent License amount sets the maximum number of Users who can use the Service at the same time. Customer An organisation, entity or person which purchases rights to the Service from the Supplier. Customer Information Non-public information provided by the Users into the Service describing the Customer’sprojects, activities, and performance related data. Database The database included in the Service, including environmental and non-environmental data
